Return & Exchange Policy

At Backdoor, we aim to provide you with authentic, export-quality surplus fashion at unbeatable value. Since our collections are surplus/clearance stock, availability is limited and re-stocking is not possible.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or preference.

  • Returns are only allowed in the rare case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • As surplus stock is limited, exchanges are not possible. Each piece comes in small runs, and once sold out, it cannot be replaced with the same item.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing 📧 backroom@zyod.com with photos and order details.

  • After verification, we will either:

    • Arrange a replacement (if available), OR

    • Provide a store credit of equivalent value (valid on future purchases).

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
