  • We sell surplus/export stock clothing. Quantities are limited and once sold out, items may not be restocked.

  • We make every effort to display product details (fabric, size, color) accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolution.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments are accepted through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card/banking details.

4. Shipping

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹99 for orders up to 1 kg. Additional charges may apply for heavier shipments.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days across India (longer for remote areas).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Returns/exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

  • If approved, we will provide a replacement (if available) or store credit. No cash refunds are issued.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logo, text, images, graphics) is the property of Backroom by Zyod.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Backroom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays or damages beyond our control.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
